Aery is designed to operate 100% offline. All app data, preferences, and settings are stored locally on your device. We do not have access to this data, and it never leaves your device unless you choose to delete the app.

2.2 No Account Required

We do not require you to create an account. We do not collect your name, email address, or any other personal identification information.

2.2 Subscription & Payment Data

If you subscribe to Aery premium features, all payment processing is handled directly by Apple through the App Store. We do not collect, store, or have access to your payment information (such as credit card numbers or billing addresses).

Apple may share limited, anonymized subscription status information with us (e.g., whether you have an active subscription) to enable premium features. This data does not identify you personally.

2.3 Device Identifier (UUID)

We generate a unique identifier (UUID) for your device to:

• Manage your subscription and in-app purchases
• Provide personalized app experiences
• Analyze app usage and improve our services

This identifier is stored locally on your device and with our service providers (such as our payment and analytics partners) but is not linked to your personal identity. We do not share this identifier with third parties for advertising or cross-app tracking purposes.

3. How We Use Information

The device identifier (UUID) is used to:

• Enable and manage your subscription
• Provide personalized features within the app
• Improve our services and user experience

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes. We work with trusted service providers (such as payment processors and analytics tools) who help us operate the app. These providers may access the device identifier solely to perform services on our behalf and are contractually obligated to protect your information.

4. Data Retention

Since all app data is stored locally on your device, you have full control over it. Deleting the app will remove all locally stored data.

5. Children's Privacy

Aery is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.
